Travel scholarships will be available to college women on a case-by-case, first-come-first-served basis. Travel scholarships include airfare or mileage reimbursement and hotel accommodations. Students who are most likely (but not guaranteed) to be awarded a scholarship are women who: have never attended a CBLPI Summit before, are highly engaged with CBLPI, or have referred at least three friends to the Summit.
If CBLPI awards you a travel scholarship, staff will book your flight and hotel directly. If CBLPI is unable to award you a travel scholarship, you have the option of cancelling your registration at no cost to you, or paying your own way to the conference.
Please understand that if you register for the Summit and do not attend, you will be charged the Summit fee ($100), and any hotel and airfare costs incurred by the Institute. If you cancel before September 24th, you will not be charged the Summit fee, but will be responsible for the hotel and airfare costs. The Summit fee is waived for all students who attend the conference, regardless of whether or not they receive a travel scholarship.
