SOCIAL MEDIA DIRECTOR

The Clare Boothe Luce Center for Conservative Women is seeking either a full-time or part-time in-house Social Media Director. The Social Media Director will be responsible for managing the Center’s social media presence, driving engagement, building brand awareness, and fostering community growth across various social media platforms. This position reports directly to the President.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy that advances the Center’s mission
  • Create and schedule high-quality, engaging content across all social media platforms, with an emphasis on Instagram
  • Foster meaningful interactions with our audience, respond to comments and messages promptly, and build a strong community
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all social media platforms
  • Monitor social media analytics, track key performance metrics, and provide regular reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives

Qualifications of a Successful Candidate:

  • Energetic, hardworking, joyful, and passionate about Luce’s mission
  • Proven experience in social media management with a track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns
  • Experience with video editing is a bonus

Compensation:

Salary is commensurate with experience. This position offers growth potential within the organization.

BOOKKEEPER

The Clare Boothe Luce Center for Conservative Women is seeking either a full-time or part-time in-house experienced Bookkeeper. This position executes all financial, auditing, and accounting activities for the Center and reports directly to the President.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present regular financial reports

  • Prepare for the annual audit and serve as the primary liaison to the auditors

  • Execute and manage the daily financial operations of the Center, including,

  • Accounts payable, accounts receivable, and overall cash management

  • Payroll and timely payment of retirement plan contributions

  • HR benefits compliance

  • Annual budgeting

  • Reconciling the donor database

Qualifications of a Successful Candidate:

  • Energetic, hardworking, joyful, and passionate about Luce’s mission

  • Interest or experience in accounting

  • Love of learning and willingness to be trained

  • Experience with QuickBooks is a bonus
